The Pathway
Every girl moves through four transformative stages — from curiosity to career, from student to entrepreneur.
Girls are introduced to design thinking, creative ideation, and professional mindset. Sessions are delivered in schools by trained facilitators and industry guests.
Top participants are invited into Diamond Clubs — peer networks anchored in schools, fueled by monthly guest sessions, mentorship circles, and collaborative challenges.
Graduates from our bootcamps access a structured internship pipeline — placing them with partner organizations for real-world, paid experience.
Through The Diamond Agency, graduates access clients, earn income, and build careers. This is the destination: self-sustaining, economically empowered young women.
Program Detail
Our flagship school program takes girls through a structured journey of human-centered design — teaching them to understand, create, and present real solutions to real problems.
Girls identify a real community problem. They interview, listen, and build empathy for those they aim to serve.
Using design frameworks, girls brainstorm and prototype creative solutions in collaborative teams.
Teams build and present their ideas at Grand Demo Day — in front of mentors, community members, and industry leaders.
The culminating event of every school sprint. Girls present their innovations to a live audience of mentors, community leaders, and industry professionals — building confidence, public speaking, and visibility.
Community & Mentorship
Diamond Clubs are our in-school peer networks — structured communities that keep girls connected, motivated, and growing between formal programs. Each club is anchored by a trained facilitator and meets monthly.
